What the ECB, BBC local radio, and Counties are attempting to do is, in today's sporting world, unprecedented, Presenting an entire season of long form video and audio County Cricket is a daunting task. But when it is done, there will be a body of work that is fantastic in quantity.
I will organize these matches in a way that makes sense to me. I am a retired librarian who came to this game late in life, and love just about everything about it. I hope you enjoy this experiment in information organization in whatever way you choose. For those not overly familiar with the game, use the scorecards as your guide. The cricket scorecard provides something no other team game's "box score" does--sequence. I use the scorecard to replay the game in my head. You can use the scorecard, especially the Fall of Wickets (outs in baseball or pesapallo terms) section, to "cue" the video to passages of play that you may have interst in or are curious about. If you count the number of runs and overs between wickets you can easily tell if that partnership was a slow or prolific one.
